aipatnam is a small team in India building simple, affordable software for people who run their business on Instagram and WhatsApp — boutiques, home bakers, jewellery makers, teachers and creators. We focus on Telugu-speaking audiences in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and on everyone across India who sells the same way.

Our products use official platform APIs only. InstaDM connects to Instagram through Meta's Instagram API with the account owner's permission; we never ask for Instagram passwords. aipatnam is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
Why we write guides
Most advice about Instagram is either guesswork or written for audiences far from ours. Our guides explain how things actually work — from Meta's developer documentation, which we read closely to build our tools, and from patterns we see across the accounts that use them. Each guide links its sources and says when a number is an estimate. We update them when platform rules change.
