Store questions, answered
Do I need Instagram to use Store?
No. Store works with any bio link. Connecting Instagram to InstaDM is optional and lets you promote a product with a comment campaign.
How do buyers get a digital file?
After a free claim or a confirmed purchase, the file appears in the buyer’s Purchases page to read or download. PDFs can be stamped with the buyer’s email, with an optional password.
How do physical shop orders work?
The shop is a catalog. A buyer taps Order on WhatsApp or Message on Instagram, and you agree on payment, shipping and returns directly in that chat.
When can I charge for digital products?
Paid selling needs the Advance plan, an approved bank and tax profile and seller approval. Free products work on every plan while you prepare.
Is every new product reviewed?
Yes. New digital products start as Pending review and go public once approved. Editing a live product’s content can send it back to review.
