4. Instagram and Meta data
InstaDM uses the Instagram Graph API. When you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, you authorize the Service to access and process the data and permissions made available by Meta for the features you use.
We use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service, maintain security, comply with law, and perform the actions you request. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta’s applicable terms and policies.
5. Sharing of information
We may share personal information with service providers, technology providers, business partners, and other third parties where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide support, process payments where applicable, maintain security, or perform services on our behalf.
We may also disclose information to government authorities, law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, or other authorized parties when required by applicable law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal process, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms.
